Canada, in past few years has become by far the most immigrant friendly country. A smiling Prime Minister, and a country having the second most land in the world is absorbing people coming to its shores at a soaring pace. The immigration policies have been made easy, Visas more accessible, and borders a little blurred. The neighbours seem to have no effects on Canadians.

Large chunk of those fortunate souls coming to Canada are students. Graduates and Undergraduates living the home country, arriving in Great White North to spread the wings. Even on this front, Canada beats other countries by numbers. A lot of them. Let’s discuss Top Reasons to Study in Canada.

  1. A Familiar Language: The European countries might be having great landscapes and world-class Universities, but they are francophone, German, or Italian. Canada on the other hand, is familiar territory of English. As much as people love the diversity, a Universal Language helps!
  2. Universities that Deliver: Talking about quality of the Education, 3 of the Universities in Canada feature in Top 100 Universities of the world, and 5 of them are part of the top 150 group. The University of Toronto leads the pack, with 73000 student capacity and a much valuable research contributions, and this is just one of the options you get to Study in Canada.
  3. Unity in Diversity: Cliché, right? Well clichés are cliché for a reason. They are true. Coming from all around the world, Students make a potpourri of different cultures and ethnicities. It’s always happening and vibrant when there are different cultures at one place, and they are safe enough to explain themselves.
  4. Canadian Way of Life: Okay, you need to move over snow, ice hockey and politeness of the people. They are certainly not bad qualities to be honest, but there is more to people than these perceptions. They are fun-loving and believe in panache. Meet one, and you will know!
  5. After Studies Opportunities: As said before, Canada has been liberal with the immigration. They allow their graduates enough time and space to find jobs, even after they have completed their programs with the Universities. You can actually stay in the country three years after graduation, and look for jobs.

All being said and done, It is a beautiful country with endless opportunities, attracting dreamers in numbers. We will see a diverse, multicultural and colourful Canada in coming years, and it will be a sight to witness!
